Today, Governor Greg Abbott reiterated his support of ensuring parents are the primary decision makers for their child’s education, a policy advanced by the Governor in his Parental Bill of Rights. Governor Abbott advocated for fully funding public education while allowing funding to follow the student. The Governor made these remarks at a parent’s policy event in San Antonio.
