Inaugural Foster Students Enter Petra Cares Program
Petra Automotive Products is proud to announce Monday, June 5, marks the first day of training for 11 young adults in the inaugural Petra Cares program. The non-profit arm of Petra Automotive is dedicated to helping young adults aging out of foster care by providing job training and placement in the auto repair industry.

HISD’s Jack Yates High School students will be honored for the third consecutive year by Academy Sports + Outdoors thanks to their scholarship fund that will award seven college-bound seniors with scholarships and donations totaling $50,000. During the celebration, Jack Yates High School will also be awarded $10,000.
