Houston Texans Announce 2020 Season

The Houston Texans 2020 regular season schedule kicks off with a primetime matchup at the defending Super Bowl Champion Kansas City Chiefs on Thursday Night Football. The Texans will also travel to Detroit for a Thanksgiving Day game against the Lions on national television in Week 12. Houston has won six of its last seven primetime matchups and its 18 primetime regular season games from 2016-20 are the most over a five-year span in team history.

3-on-3 Basketball Championship Tournament Designed to Instill Teamwork, Leadership and Confidence

Calvin Murphy, retired Houston Rockets and a Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Famer, will conduct a basketball clinic before about 225 Houston-area boys and girls – ages 7 to 17 – hoop it up at the annual Harris County Street Olympics Summer Games 3-on-3 Basketball Championship Tournament. The two-day, single-elimination tourney at Fonde Recreation Center, operated by the Houston Parks and Recreation Department, features youth from recreation centers that participate in the nonprofit Street Olympics events.

In conjunction with inspiration from an article written by Monique Welch in the Houston Chronicle aptly titled ”6 Black Artists you need to know who are part of Houston’s booming art scene”, Reginald Stewart, founder, and CEO of Eternal Light Entertainment, (ELE) created Roho Ya Msanii, the Soul of the Artist Series to present four of the Artist mentioned in Welch’s article to the community from March 10th to April 24th at the Agora Haus, a private upscale location in The Heights pro bono.
