On Sunday, August 11, The Miss Black USA™organization will host its 34th annual Pageant featuring who’s who of young Black women today. Defying negative stereotypes, approximately eighty-percent of this year’s contestants are in graduate or professional school. HOV/HOT Ramps Temporarily Closed at Northwest Transit Center

The State of Qatar, through its $30 million Qatar Harvey Fund, is providing a grant to Harris County for the creation of soccer fields in Precincts 1 and 4.
