Family of boy who died after being left in day care bus files lawsuit

KPRC is reporting that the family of 3-year-old Raymond “R.J.” Pryer has filed a lawsuit in his wrongful death case. The toddler was left in a day care bus van last month after returning from a field trip with the Discovery Me Academy. He was left in the van for more than four hours and died of heat exhaustion.

Panelists will include special guest, Houston designer David Peck, as well as some of the designers highlighted in the exhibit: Jing Cao, Inge Duran, David Julian Valdez, Shanda Phillips, Teresa Rangel, Ebonie Sophus, and Maria Hammond.
