Eleven-year-old Amelya was celebrated with a New York City-themed send off party by her wish sponsor, Texas Water Utilities, and Make-A-Wish Texas Gulf Coast and Louisiana. Amelya has a blood disorder and has always wanted to travel the world. The Big Apple is at the top of her bucket list!
