    Northeastern Muscogee County in west central Georgia...
    Northwestern Talbot County in west central Georgia...
    Southeastern Harris County in west central Georgia...
    * Until 230 PM EDT.
    * At 1228 PM EDT, flash flooding is expected to continue across
    portions of Muscogee, northwest Talbot and southeast Harris
    county, prompting an extension to the Flash Flood warning.
    Earlier, emergency management reported numerous roads and portions
    of Highway 27 had been closed due to the excessive rainfall. Some
    roads remain closed as of midday. Five to as much as eight inches
    of rain has fallen since early this morning.
