GRAHAM COUNTIES UNTIL 1215 AM EDT...
At 1110 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking heavy rain showers 10
miles southwest of Bryson City, or 8 miles southeast of Fontana
Lake, moving northeast at 35 mph.
Locations to be impacted include...
Bryson City, Robbinsville, Town Of Santeetlah, Smoky
Mountains-Newfound Gap, Smoky Mountains-Fontana Area, Lake
Santeetlah, Fontana Lake, Nantahala Lake, Fontana Village and Smoky
Mountains-Deep Creek.
Very heavy rainfall rates up to 2 inches per hour will be possible in
these areas.
