At 1022 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated moderate rain continuing
across the warned area. Up to three inches of rain have already
fallen. Flash flooding is continuing along Highway 75 and other
parts of Collin and Fannin County.

Plano, McKinney, Frisco, Richardson, Allen, Wylie, Sherman, Sachse,
Bonham, Murphy, Prosper, Royse City, Anna, Fairview, Princeton,
