AFTERNOON...
The Flash Flood Watch continues for
* Portions of north central Texas, northeast Texas, and south
central Texas, including the following areas, in north central
Texas, Bell, Falls, Freestone, and Limestone. In northeast
Texas, Leon. In south central Texas, Milam and Robertson.
* Until 1 PM CDT this afternoon
* Additional showers and a few thunderstorms may move out of the
Hill Country and into parts of Central Texas through midday.
Rainfall amounts of 1 to 3 inches will be possible in some areas
and could fall in a short amount of time.
* Soils are saturated in many areas. Additional heavy rainfall
could result in rapid runoff leading to a threat for flash
flooding.
