    * At 726 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing
    heavy rain extending from Water Valley to near Blackwell to
    Sweetwater. Rainfall totals of 1 to 2 inches has fallen already
    across portions of the area, wiht another 1 to 3 inches possible
    by 11 AM. Flash flooding is expected to begin shortly.
