In a recent announcement, Louisiana Treasurer John Fleming, MD, has appointed Rachel Kincaid as the First Assistant State Treasurer, marking a significant milestone in Kincaid's illustrious career spanning over 27 years of dedicated state service. Kincaid, who previously served as Deputy Treasurer for the Department and played a pivotal role in overseeing the successful Main Street Grant Recovery Program during the pandemic, brings a wealth of experience and expertise to her new role.
