The Astros announced today that the Astros Championship Trophy Tour presented by Mattress Firm will ceremonially kick off on Monday, Jan. 8 at Houston’s City Hall, located at 901 Bagby St. in downtown at 10:30 a.m. Houston Mayor Sylvester Turner, Astros President of Business Operations Reid Ryan and Mattress Firm President and CEO Ken Murphy will be on-hand at the private media event to celebrate the launch of the tour.

Mayor Turner discusses the decision to enforce the state's mandatory mask order by instructing Houston Police to issue $250 fine
Mayor Sylvester Turner announced that he has directed the Houston Police Department to issue warnings and citations to anyone not wearing a face mask or face covering required by the state's mandatory mask order. Police will not ticket those who are not wearing a mask if they meet the exemption criteria. The citation carries a $250 fine.
