The Community Music Center of Houston (CMCH) proudly returns to the iconic Miller Outdoor Theatre, bringing with them the fourth volume of the beloved "Philly Soul Sound" on the evening of Saturday, April 27, 2024. With a performance scheduled to begin at 8:15 PM, CMCH is set to immerse attendees in the unique musical era birthed by Philadelphia International Records between the late 1960s and the mid-1980s.

In this pilot year, the project will progress through two phases: an initial period of virtual commissions, followed by larger-scale live performance commissions presented in Jones Hall for the Performing Arts.
