Ronald McDonald House Houston hosts the 13th annual Trafigura Run, a fun and festive race for people of all ages on Saturday, December 3, 2022 at Sam Houston Park. 100% of proceeds directly benefit Ronald McDonald House Houston, a loving home away from home for families with seriously ill children being treated in the Texas Medical Center. Every dollar raised up to $185,000 will be generously matched by the Trafigura Foundation.

Phyllis Burton is the CEO and Founder of the V.O. Burton Foundation Inc. This nonprofit organization was created in honor of her late father Varn O. Burton. He managed over seven apartment complexes in the Trinity Gardens community. During his tenure he relentlessly gave back to the community and was an agent of change. He would visit tenants that transitioned to nursing homes and bring them needed items and a home cooked meal that he prepared himself. The V.O. Paul Davis of West Houston donates home restoration emergency services and supplies to Kingwood family in need due to Hurricane Harvey
Frank and Stacey LaViola are Katy residents and local experts in emergency services with their franchise office Paul Davis of West Houston. The couple has donated much needed home restoration and repairs to Kingwood Park High School’s Auto Collision program instructor Jeff Wilson and his family. In coordination with The Collision Industry Foundation (CIF), the LaViolas will help the Wilsons after more than three-feet of water and debris flooded their home in Kingwood during Hurricane Harvey and when the levies were systematically breached in the area.
