Lines could be seen out the door at Houston-area Papa John's Pizza restaurants on Monday after the chain announced its sales would support the family of Assistant Chief Deputy Constable Clinton Greenwood.

A spokesman with the restaurant said more than 15,000 people in the Houston area had ordered from Papa John's Pizza as of 8 p.m.

That number is way more than average for a Monday night, the spokesman said.

Donation totals won't be released until tomorrow.

The spokesman said the Baytown location on Garth Road and the Houston locations on Chimney Rock and Montrose have had the most sales.
