3rd Annual Men’s Health Expo To Be Held at Finnigan Community Center - April 29

Harris County Precinct One, Houston Parks and Recreation Department, My Brother’s Keeper Houston and MD Anderson Cancer Center and Ellis Wyms, Former NFL Tampa Bay Buccaneers Super Bowl Champion are hosting health event on Saturday, April 29, 2017 for male adults and youth. The theme is Man Up – Living a Healthier Life!
The event will begin at 9:00 AM with a Pastor’s Health Panel, featuring Rev. John Pyles - Tabernacle of Praise, Dr. Chad Rankin - Bibleway Fellowship Church, and Rev. Rev. Frank Perkins – Riceville Mt. Olive. Rev. Alan Patterson, Mt. Corinth church will also be in attendance. The panel is facilitated by the Faith, Health and Family Collaborative at MD Anderson Cancer Center. The Health Expo will begin at 10 am and the event will conclude at 1pm.
The event will be held at Finnigan Park Community Center, 4900 Providence, Houston, TX 77020. Highlights include: free give-a-ways, free health screenings, information, fitness demonstrations and a guest appearance by a professional athlete. The guests speakers include: Cecelia Williams - NAMI, Dr. Lisly Chery, Urologic Oncology Fellow – MD Anderson Cancer Center and Ellis Wyms.
