Ever had a bad hair day? It’s time to own it and let the good times roll at the Children’s Museum of Houston. The Trolls are on their quest to show that happiness comes within yourself. You’re invited to sing, dance and hug all day long. Caution and optimism do go hand in hand. Hangout with the Trolls and don’t forget to bring your camera during this fan celebration.

Trolls Meet and Greet: Hang out with two of your favorite lovable trolls, Branch and Poppy.

Event Time: 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. at Kids’ Hall Alcove. (Open at 9 a.m. for Museum members)

Ameritex’s Fashion Workshop and Runway Show: Design and model your own Trolls-inspired outfit!

Event Times: Fashion Workshop from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.; Runway Show from 2 to 2:45 p.m. in Auditorium.

Trolls Song and Dance Show: Sing and dance along with Trolls as they sing your favorite movie songs.

Event Time: 1:30, 2:30 and 3:30 p.m. at Kids’ Hall Alcove.

ON-GOING ACTIVITIES:

• Makey Makey Rock Band: Program your own music at Chevron Houston Texans Maker Annex.

• No Troll Left Behind: Transform yourself into a friendly troll at Junktion.

• Unidentified Flying Object: Help aliens return home by crafting a UFO at Junktion.

• Final Frontier Rocket: Assemble a flying rocket ship at Junktion.

• Spinning Into Space: Catch a glimpse of outer space via a wormhole at Alexander Art Academy.

• Phases of The Moon Flip Book: Explore the phases of the moon with a flip book at EcoStation.
