The Children’s Museum of Houston was named AMA Houston’s “2017 Marketer of the Year” during a ceremony which took place on Dec. 4 at the Houston Museum of Natural Science.

The Children’s Museum of Houston was selected winner amongst dozens of local businesses and organizations which demonstrated that their work branded their company, reached new audiences, grew their businesses and changed audience perceptions.

Competing directly among 20 different industry categories, the Children’s Museum of Houston nabbed the coveted Top “2017 Marketer of the Year” award and also the award in the “Institutional Arts” category.

In 2016, the Children’s Museum of Houston set out to introduce its first-ever premium experience, called S.E.C.R.E.T. (Special Elite Crime Resolution and Espionage Team) in a year-long campaign.

Winners were selected by a distinguished panel of national judges.
