Houston women are getting in formation – all in the name of girl power. They are joining hundreds of thousand of women who are making their way to the capitol for the Women’s March on Washington. The march is scheduled for Jan. 21, the day after Donald Trump officially takes office. Women are fighting for women’s rights. Coordinator Nisha Randle of the Houston-area chapter told News Fix Houston said the march hasn’t attracted only women inside the Unites States; it is a global movement. For those who want to march in solidarity with these women, Houston is having a march of its own.
