Investigation into Fatal Shooting at 12345 Bob White

Houston police are investigating the fatal shooting of a man at 12345 Bob White about 3:45 a.m. on Tuesday (July 11).
The victim, Floyd Oscar, Jr., 43, was pronounced dead at the scene.
HPD Homicide Division Sergeant W. Elsbury and Officer K. Elliott reported:
Mr. Oscar was standing in a driveway of an apartment complex at the above address when he was approached by three unknown individuals, believed to be males. One of the individuals began to struggle with Oscar in what appeared to be a robbery attempt. At some point during the struggle, one of the suspects produced a gun and shot Oscar at least one time. Paramedics were called and pronounced Oscar deceased.
