Learn to 'Save A Life' at Free CPR Training Event at Houston Museum of Natural Science on June 3

It’s almost summer and time to think about playing it safe in the pool, on the field and at home. The American Heart Association (AHA) and Houston Methodist DeBakey Heart & Vascular Center want you to learn CPR at Save a Life – a FREE CPR training event at the Houston Museum of Natural Science on Saturday, June 3. Guests will participate in short, interactive simulations that will teach the important, life-saving skills required to act quickly in the case of a cardiac emergency. Four 30-minute sessions of hands-only CPR training will start at 9 a.m. A three-and-a-half hour CPR and AED certification training session will begin at 1 p.m.

This is the fourth year the two organizations have partnered on the event and together have trained hundreds of new lifesavers in the Houston area.

Event is happening Saturday, June 3, 2017

Four hands-only training sessions available: 9 a.m., 10 a.m., 11 a.m., Noon

One CPR certification training session available: 1 p.m.
