Washington, DC – Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee, a Senior Member of the House Committees on Judiciary and Homeland Security and Ranking Member of the Judiciary Subcommittee on Crime, Terrorism, Homeland Security and Investigations, hosts critical Democratic hearing entitled ‘Special Counsel: What are the next steps? What are the Constitutional responsibilities of the U.S. Congress?’
The hearing will take place on Wednesday, June 7, 2017, at 3:30pm at the Rayburn Office Building, Room 2226.
Our panel will include the Distinguished Professor Allan Lichtman from American University, Distinguished Professor in Constitutional Law, Michael Gerhardt from the University of North Carolina School of Law, among others.
Congresswoman Jackson Lee will be joined by several other members of Congress for this instructive hearing into the Constitutional responsibilities of the United States Congress.
