Kehlani has announced that hernia surgery has forced her to fly home from Europe and delay the remainder of the European leg of her "SweetSexySavage" tour.

She announced the news with an Instagram picture of a slight bulge above her belly button. "I'm deeply saddened to announce that I have to fly home for sudden unexpected surgery on my stomach, as some of you know I have a hernia and it's gotten to a point if necessary surgery," she explained in the caption. "I'm going to have to reschedule the rest of my European tour in order to get it done and heal up."

Kehlani has been touring Europe since the end of February and will be forced to delay the 11 remaining European dates. The American leg of the tour begins on April 1st in Philadelphia.
