The NBA fined Golden State Warriors forward Andre Iguodala $10,000 for “making inappropriate comments during a postgame media interview,” NBA executive vice president of basketball operations, by Kiki VanDeWeghe announced in a news released on Monday.

Following Golden State’s loss to the Minnnesota Timberwolves on Friday, Iguodala was asked if he knew he would sit out Saturday’s game against the San Antonio Spurs and he replied, ““Nope, no clue. I do what master say.”

Also, when asked about the loss to the Timberwolves he said, ““We gotta score more than the other team. Yep, they want dumb n-----s, so I’m going to give y’all a dumb n-----.”

Asked about any issues beyond that, Iguodala said, “What would a dumb n----- say? ‘Just play harder. Figure it out. Change gonna come.’ You know what we used to say. Change gonna come.”
