Houston police are investigating the fatal shooting of a male found at 300 Heights Boulevard about 12:15 a.m. today (March 30).

The identity of the male is pending verification by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences.

HPD Homicide Division Officers M. Arroyo and J. Dominguez reported:

HPD patrol officers responded to a person down call at the above address and found a male deceased on the sidewalk. He had sustained a gunshot wound.

At this time, there is no known motive nor suspect(s).
