The 29th Annual Ice Spectacular at The Galleria will kick off the holiday season with the lighting of its 55-foot Christmas tree, featuring 450,000 twinkling lights and 5,000 ornaments in a variety of colors and shapes. The 45-minute tree-lighting show will feature a performance by TSoul, semi-finalist from Season 12 of The Voice, a special tribute to veterans and dynamic ice routines by popular professional skaters. The event will culminate with the lighting of the tree by Skating Santa and a fireworks display.

The event is free and open to the community at the The Galleria – Ice at The Galleria, 5085 Westheimer, Houston, TX 77056.

The event is on Saturday, November 11th at Noon. Family and children's activities, live entertainment and special in-store events will happen at 6 p.m. Ice and musical performances with a countdown to the grand lighting of the tree followed by fireworks will occur later on.
