Snooze, an A.M. Eatery, the all-day breakfast and brunch hotspot, will grow within the Houston community with an opening inside LaCenterra at Cinco Ranch on Wednesday, October 25, 2017. Founded in 2006, Snooze aims to evolve breakfast dining with culinary innovation, an energetic atmosphere and friendly service. This is the restaurant’s third location in the Houston area, but first for the city of Katy. "We are thrilled to be able to bring our spin on breakfast to more guests in the Houston area,” said Snooze, an A.M. Eatery’s CEO, David Birzon. “We look forward to participating in our community and bringing energy and life to the morning breakfast scene.”
THE NEW LOCATION
As a premier destination for shopping and dining for the past decade, Snooze is excited for its expansive location at LaCenterra at Cinco Ranch. The 4,098-square-foot restaurant welcomes guests to an inviting breakfast experience complete with custom comfy, round booths and a variety of energetic lighting fixtures for a true, Snooze-friendly environment. "We are so excited to celebrate the highly anticipated grand opening of Snooze at LaCenterra,” said Lindsay Kaye, Director of Marketing and Public Relations for LaCenterra. “We couldn’t be more thrilled to give the Katy community another destination dining option, unlike anything it has seen before.”
THE COMMUNITY
Snooze is dedicated to supporting education and sustainability in addition to the local causes in each location’s respective neighborhood. At the new Katy location, Snooze will partner with three local non-profit organizations to further their efforts and missions: The Brookwood Community, a residential facility and vocational program for adults with disabilities; Katy Prairie Conservancy, an organization that protects a sustainable portion of the Katy Prairie for the benefit of its wildlife and all Texans; and The Ballard House, whose mission is to provide temporary housing in the Katy community with a warm, safe environment for individuals and their families who are hospitalized or receiving treatment for a serious medical condition.
