HOUSTON -- Enjoy a variety of locally prepared food or pick up farm-fresh weekly groceries amid Houston’s dramatic downtown urban setting when the City Hall Farmers Market, sponsored by CenterPoint Energy, returns for the spring season on Wednesday, September 20 from 11:00 a.m. until 1:30 p.m. in Hermann Square.

Each Wednesday through December 20, more than 30 local farmers, food trucks and other vendors will be on hand outside City Hall with fresh produce, cheeses, breads, roasted coffees and a variety of prepared meals and packaged to-go foods available for purchase.

People are encouraged to walk, take the Greenlink (the downtown shuttle) or ride a bike via Houston Bike Share to join the fun.

Convenient parking is available at meters and nearby garages.
