HOUSTON, TX - Known for the popular tagline "Where Low Prices Live," Sam Zavary the President and CEO of Exclusive Furniture, is excited to announce the expansion of the mid-priced family owned and operated furniture chain, currently operating six stores throughout the city of Houston. As he works to continuously advance the brand and his footprint in the furniture industry, Exclusive Furniture is set to open four new showrooms over the course of the next two years with two slated to open in mid 2018. These additions will rival competitors Rooms to Go and Ashley HomeStore, boasting over 50,000 square foot of showroom display space. The locations for the initial expansions are set for Webster, Texas south of Houston near the Clear Lake area as well as Cypress, Texas, servicing the northwest Houston market. The second phase of the expansion project will take place in 2019 with a 60,000 to 65,000 square-foot showroom in The Woodlands/Conroe area that may include a clearance center and a 45,000 square foot store on the east side of Houston.

"It is paramount to the success of our business that we maintain our brand integrity and stay true to our family values by offering quality yet affordable furniture to all of our customers. Although, the expansion projects will allow us the luxury of larger showrooms, it is our desire to ensure that our consumer base enjoys a warm and welcoming environment while contemplating their merchandising decisions. Although the announcement is just forthcoming, this has been a long-time dream for Zavary. With ownership of both properties under his belt, Zavary is expected to begin construction prior to the start of the new year on the aforementioned properties, each representing a $12 million dollar all-inclusive investment. It is Zavary's goal to saturate the market, owning a total of 10 stores by 2020. With the expansion, Exclusive Furniture will close their smaller 12,000 square foot store in west Houston shortly after opening the 2018 showrooms.
