RISE & SHINE: SNOOZE THE HEIGHTS OPENS ON JANUARY 24
Snooze The Heights, the eatery’s fourth location in the Greater Houston area, is opening on Wednesday, January 24, 2018! Snooze The Heights guests can look forward to sweet and savory breakfast and brunch items in an energetic atmosphere with friendly service. This location boasts a fresh building design unlike any other Snooze. The 3,800-square-foot restaurant is industrially built using steel, glass and wood façade.
“This new building stands out with a complete industrial look, design and use of materials,” says Snooze, an A.M. Eatery’s Vice President of Real Estate, Phil Wreck. “The Snooze Heights location is in a unique and fun location among historic neighborhoods and bourgeoning retail spaces, as well as a growing food scene and forward-thinking architecture mirroring our original location.”
The interior remains true to the Snooze brand with comfy, round booths, starburst light fixtures and bright pops of orange and blue.
BRING ON THE BRUNCH
The menu will consist of Houston-approved favorites like Snooze’s Pancake Flight, three pancake flavors of your choice, Pineapple Upside Down Pancakes, seasonal options like Snooze’s winter special Nana’s Hot Cocoa Pancakes (available until March 22) made with banana buttermilk pancakes, white chocolate chips topped with Mexican hot chocolate, homemade marshmallow and toasted walnuts. Savory lovers can opt for Snooze’s benedicts like the Bella! Bella! Benny made with thin slices of prosciutto, Taleggio cheese and poached eggs on toasted ciabatta, topped with cream cheese hollandaise, balsamic glaze and arugula. Plus, tasty sammies and lighter plates.
Snooze completes its morning menu with a variety of boozy cocktails, including a hearty selection of Bloody Mary’s like the Bangkok Bloody Mary made with 1876 vodka, sriracha, lime, cilantro, basil, fish sauce and Snooze’s own house bloody mix collaborated with The Real Dill. From a classic Mimosa with delicious fruit juice to Palomimosa with Espolón blanco tequila, St. Germain liqueur and grapefruit juice, Snooze concocts a sweet selection of bubbles using Snooze Sparkling on tap.
Dedicated to sourcing ingredients responsibly and locally, Snooze The Heights will also partner with Bravado Spice for sweet & spicy hot sauces, as well as Eureka Heights Brewery Company and Buffalo Bayou Brewery Company.
