Its Friday and Day #3 of my Campaign to raise $3500 for my new concert, Never Again. My goal is to raise $500 a day for 7 days.

Every day I'll introduce a new cast member. Carlos Perez is our Friday pick to get your weekend going! In 2017, I featured Carlos as the "Sad Little Clown," in, "Not Asking For It Part 2," a dark look how boys too are targeted for rape, but often overlooked in the loud din of the #metoo Movement. Last year, I introduced Carlos to aerial dance and he has taken to it like a fish in water! Come see Carlos fly high in Never Again!

Carlos Perez is a sophomore at the University of Houston, working towards a BA in Dance. He started dancing at the age of 13 in ballet, modern, and contemporary. Perez has also taken part in theater, choir, and color guard and was the dance soloist for Cypress Independent Colorguard 2017. His choreography has been showcased at “UH Goes to the MATCH,” Lone Star College Cyfair Dance Concert 2017, and ACDA South-Central Conference 2018. Perez has performed in works by George Staib and Paul Appleman. Perez is a current company member of 6 Degrees and Suchu Dance, two contemporary companies based in Houston, TX.
