Washington, D.C. – Latino Victory Project today called on Homeland Security Secretary Kirstjen Nielsen to resign after lying about the Trump Administration’s policy of ripping immigrant and refugee children from their parents.

“Secretary Nielsen is the ruthless guardian of a policy that violates family integrity. She has lied, defended the indefensible, and laid bare the boundless callousness and cruelty of this Administration,” said Cristobal J. Alex, president of Latino Victory Project. “We join the calls for Nielsen to resign and urge Americans of all political stripes to raise their voices against this injustice.”
