Steve Francis Visits Young Elementary

Former NBA Player Steve Francis stopped by Young Elementary to provide a ray of hope to a group of at-risk youth for their Boys’ Career Day.
Young Elementary is located in one of Houston’s most poverty stricken areas in which a great percentage of the students are living in foster care, group homes or homeless shelters.
He spoke to the group about the importance of setting goals, holding on to your dreams and most importantly not letting your circumstances dictate your future.
