TODAY we have the chance to shape history, and the power is right in our fingertips. All we have to do is VOTE!

If you haven't already voted, please don’t wait, don’t hesitate—just do it! #GOVOTE. Polls are open from 7AM to 7PM. You can find your polling place along with what’s on your ballot and the acceptable forms of ID HERE. In Texas, employers are legally required to provide employees paid-time off to vote, unless the employee has at least two consecutive hours to vote outside of the voter's working hours. I’m asking you to VOTE to preserve the basic tenets of our democracy and to #VOTESTRAIGHT Democrat. I see Democrats fighting for family values for ALL families. I see Democrats standing up for equality and opportunity for ALL, not merely a chosen few.

I believe that together we can save Medicare and Medicaid. Together we can fix and fund our public education system. Together we can stop rampant mass shootings and gun violence. Together we can build bridges, not walls based on fear mongering. Together we rise. Together we thrive.
