Volunteers ranging from local members, sororities and fraternities to both volunteer and staff attorneys, are taking calls, responding to email and sharing website resources for voters all around the nation on Election Day.

The NAACP has incorporated the latest SMS texting technology and social media platforms as well as simple phone calls to let voters know they have a place to turn to if they run into problems at the polls or just need answers on Election Day.

Additionally, the nation’s leading civil rights organization is working with coalition partners in staffing the election protection hotline (1-866-OUR-VOTE). Over 2,000 lawyers, law students, and paralegals are working to make the NAACP Election Day efforts a success.
