HOUSTON, TX (September 28, 2018) – In anticipation of the holidays, H-E-B, one of the nation’s leading independent food retailers and the largest private employer in Texas, is hiring nearly 1,000 people for in-store positions across the greater Houston area. The openings range from hourly to full-time management positions. Current openings include Store Leadership, Department Managers, Representatives in Food Service, Perishables and Customer Service, Curbside In-Store Order Selectors, Overnight Stockers, Checkers and Baggers at H-E-B, Joe V’s and Mi Tienda locations. The Houston Retail Support Center is also hiring Order Selectors in Warehouse and CDL Truck Drivers. Jobs will be posted online by September 26 and the company plans to finalize hires by mid-October.
