Texas State Representative – Jarvis Johnson

I am pleased to announce that the Texas Legislative Black Caucus will be awarding over 60 scholarships to qualified and deserving students throughout Texas. There is an opportunity for two students in my district to be awarded the scholarship. The scholarships will be awarded to recipients on February 24, 2019 at the TLBC Gospel Scholarship brunch at the 2019 African American Legislative summit. This years summit will be located at the Sheraton Austin Hotel at the Capitol. The application deadline is February 11th at 5pm, so do not delay! For more information on how to apply, click here .
