HOUSTON, (July 2, 2019) – PatioGate Pet Resort has partnered with Karma Training Dog Houston to offer on-site dog training every Sunday.

Karma Dog Training Houston offers puppy training, puppy kindergarten, basic obedience and dog training education courses at PatioGate Pet Resort. Dog owners can choose from a variety of comprehensive programs and one-on-one or group training. During each one and half-hour class, an experienced and qualified trainer follows a gentle, effective and enlightened approach to dog training. A combination of hand signals and voice cues along with positive reinforcement training is used to shape dogs’ behavior. During an introduction to “The Karma Dog Training Method,” dog owners can also learn techniques that will give them the skills to build communication along with a foundation of cooperation and mutual respect with their dog.

Located in the Galleria area, PatioGate is a luxury boutique pet resort designed to provide dogs of all sizes with the ultimate experience while they play all day. PatioGate offers day camps, boarding and baths at its facility that sits on an acre of beautiful native trees, tropical foliage, and gorgeous canopies. PatioGate provides an exceptional Pet Resort in the most natural park-like setting. With three large indoor and outdoor play areas, dogs are separated by size so they can safely play with other same-sized dogs.

PatioGate is open Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. – 6 p.m., Saturday, 8 a.m. – 12 p.m. and 4 – 6 p.m., and on Sunday, 8:30 - 9:30 a.m. and 4-5 p.m. for boarding drop off and pick up only.
