Young and ambitious, awarded Most Dedicated By The National Honor Society, Ashley Arrington journey has been preparing her for this moment all of her life. Born and raised in Jackson, MS, Ashley obtained an Associate Degree from Hinds Community College with a Degree in Art. After taking a leap of faith, the college graduate landed in Houston, TX in 2014. AGAPE GLOBAL started out as I AM AGAPE; it was more of a biblical spectrum. As a natural born creative, Ashley would think of various ways to channel her talent. From hosting bible studies at her house to Facebook live sessions with her followers.
Standing bold in her faith, God delivered her out of lesbianism during a time she didn't have anyone, but God. The current name of her non-profit was revealed in a manifested vision. Ashley wanted to share AGAPE (Unconditional Love) towards God's people. Whether you are gay, straight, bi-sexual, lesbian, a drug abuser, etc. AGAPE GLOBAL's objective is to empower and serve. Regardless where she was in her life, Ashley wanted to give back because she believes you don't have to be in a certain mind-frame or have wealth in order to pay it forward. The founder's future goal is to spread AGAPE around the globe.
AGAPE GLOBAL is partnering up with community leaders to host a 'Back To School Resource Fair' at the Acres Homes Multi-Cultural Center (6719 West Montgomery, Rd. Houston, TX 77091) from 10AM-2PM. There will be a station for free immunizations, school supplies and backpacks for kindergarten through 8th grade students and so much more!
