Rodney Griffin Texas Democratic Executive Committeeman Emeritus, endorses Senator Kamala Harris for president. Senator Harris made her first Texas visit since her announcement, Saturday in Houston. Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis endorsed and introduced the senator among a rousing crowd. “ We are fighting for the soul of America, “ the candidate proclaimed. “Her experience at every level of government uniquely qualifies her for the Oval Office, Her message of hope, and coalition of groups who look like the nation, bode well for defeating the current occupant of the White House,” Griffin further adds.

Fort Bend notables, Judge Joel C. Clouser, Gloria Clouser, State Representative Ron Reynolds, Sri Kulamari, were in attendance.

Griffin was the longest serving Fort Bend resident on the State Democratic Executive Committee, representing Fort Bend and Harris counties. Griffin is a nearly thirty nine year resident of Missouri City. He was a White House and NBC guest during the Civil Rights Summit at the LBJ Presidential Library.
