Since 1994, the Christian Entrepreneur Organization, an auxiliary outreach ministry of Windsor Village Church, has provided assistance, guidance and support for Christian business owners. C.E.O. has made an imprint not only within the church but the entire community by offering various programs, seminars, networking and scholarship opportunities for high school graduates and individuals seeking to further their education. According to Bank of America Spring 2019 Small Business Owner Report, despite climate impacts, business growth indicators are strong. When discussing the economy for small businesses, Houston’s affordable and fast-growing economy could be a benefit for those seeking to grow or start a business.

On Friday, December 13, 2019 at 5PM, the weekend will kick off with an Authors’ Showcase featuring Pastor Suzette Caldwell as the keynote speaker and nationally recognized Public Relations Expert, Pam Perry, The Millionaire Media Mentor, The PR strategist behind icons such as Pastor T.D. Jakes. Pam’s Topic will be, How to Accelerate Your Brand with Media. On Saturday, the C.E.O. will bring a Business Symposium to life featuring the entrepreneurial husband and wife dynamic duo Elvira Carrizal-Dukes and Ronnie Dukes of Dukescomics and Garrick Rogers who will be doing a session on Cyber Security. On Sunday, one of Houston’s largest local business shopping events will bring its 20th Annual Marketplace to the general public.

The purpose of the expo is to provide scholarships for students, showcase and bring awareness about local businesses and provide services and products for holiday shoppers.

The Entrepreneur Weekend 2019 will take place at The Kingdom Builders' Center (6011 West Orem Drive, Houston, Texas 77085). There will be door prizes, networking, education, and fun.
