The Arc of Greater Houston is hosting the 24th Annual Candy Cane Ball on Friday, December 6th, 6:30-9:30 pm at the Bayou City Event Center. The holidays are a joyous time when family and friends come together to celebrate and revel in holiday traditions. In 1995, recognizing a need for an inclusive event for our members who have intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD), we established the first annual Candy Cane Ball held in honor of the people we serve. Each year, over 1,000 Houstonians who have IDD attend this unique event along with their families and friends. The Candy Cane Ball is eagerly anticipated all year long and has become an important holiday tradition in the lives of many!

The cost is only $5 per person thanks to our generous sponsors and donors. Holiday attire. Must be at least 15 years old to attend. Doors open at 6:30 pm. Dinner at 7:00 pm.

DJ and dancing 6:30 - 9:30 pm. Seating is limited. This event is sponsored by The Harris Center, Triple S-Steel, Amegy Bank, Community Health Choice.
