Tilman Fertitta, chairman and CEO of Landry's, Inc., and the Fertitta family have donated $1 million dollars to aid Landry's employees and their families affected by COVID-19’s unprecedented economic hardship.
The Fertitta family created The Fertitta Entertainment/Landry's Employee Relief Fund to help financially support these employees and their families nationwide. Many have lost income as a result of their restaurant’s location closing or experiencing reduced levels of business. Any employee impacted can apply for relief from the Fund.
"Our employees are our most important resource," said Tilman Fertitta. "COVID-19 has taken a particularly harsh toll on all aspects of the hospitality industry where we are heavily invested. It is our hope this fund will provide some much-needed relief for our valued employees."
