Doctors Jeffery Pruski, D.C., and Edward Nash, M.D., are taking extra precautions as Texas begins to reopen the economy and they start to open their doors again to patients at 3R Regenerative Repair & Relief (3R) in The Woodlands, Texas.

The doctors are pain management and regenerative medicine specialists who provide a combination of non-invasive biologic therapies, chiropractic care and therapy to patients suffering from back and joint pain, arthritis, neuropathy and sports injuries.

While Doctors Pruski and Nash don’t typically see patients with contagions more akin to primary care doctors, like colds and flu, the doctors are following all necessary safety procedures as outlined by the CDC and Texas Health and Human Services and taking every precaution to keep patients and staff safe and prevent the spread of COVID-19 as they reopen.

“With the uncertainty of COVID-19’s reach in Texas, the challenge has been, and will continue to be, how we as doctors and healthcare professionals can provide quality care for patients and minimize the risk of spreading respiratory viruses like COVID-19 at the same time,” said Dr. Pruski. “Even though we’ll be taking every precaution to provide safe treatment and therapy on site for patients, we’re asking patients to please stay home, reschedule and follow CDC guidelines if they or a family member are not feeling well or have possibly been exposed to COVID-19.”

The 3R doctors will be seeing patients by appointment only starting May 1, 2020 and are prescreening all patients via phone or Zoom before scheduling appointments. When patients arrive for their scheduled appointment, they’ll receive a temperature screening and be required to complete a questionnaire to confirm they are not at risk to minimize the spread of coronavirus.

Additionally, Doctors Pruski and Nash are limiting the number of people that can accompany a patient to their appointment, limiting the number of people in the waiting room, practicing safe social distancing, thoroughly disinfecting and cleaning all areas before and after each patient and ensuring all 3R staff are wearing personal protection equipment at all times.

They are also offering complimentary Regenerative Medicine consultations via Zoom throughout the month of May by calling 346-351-4141 to schedule a telemedicine consultation.

Doctors Nash and Pruski are some of the first to successfully use regenerative medicine, each individually, since 2014. In 2017, they formed 3R Regenerative Repair & Relief Clinic just outside of Houston in The Woodlands. The pair have helped hundreds of professional athletes and patients of all ages suffering from chronic pain, neck and back injuries, arthritis and degenerative conditions live healthier, pain-free lives.
