The Women’s Fund for Health Education and Resiliency Continues Online Virtual Presentations and Launches Spanish Language Virtual Presentation Series

The Women’s Fund for Health Education and Resiliency, a nonprofit providing Houston-area women and girls with the tools needed to be advocates for their health, announced additional online programing through the summer and that the organization is launching Spanish virtual presentations on the first Wednesday of every month at 3 p.m. beginning on Wednesday, July 1, 2020.
To ensure positive outcomes for women and girls during these challenging times of COVID-19 and social distancing, The Women’s Fund will offer presentations at no cost in both English and Spanish at no cost on relevant topics in addition to personal physical, mental, financial, emotional, health and wellness. Each session will last 35 to 40 minutes via Zoom and will be posted on The Women’s Fund website (www.thewomensfund.org) and YouTube.
The Women’s Fund Online Presentations in English will be available via Zoom and include:
June 24, 2 p.m. - Home and Summer Safety
July 8, 2 p.m. - Work Life Balance
July 15, 2 p.m. - Nutrition and Shopping on a Budget
July 22, 2 p.m. - Self-Empowerment
The Women’s Fund Online Presentations in Spanish will be available via Zoom and include:

For 41 years, The Women’s Fund has educated girls and women in the Houston-area through classes, workshops, lectures and publications that teach resiliency skills and relate those skills to current health risks.
