Joe Biden Eased to 5/4 from 11/10 Despite Record-Breaking Poll Results

Joe Biden is leading in the polls, but Trump is still being backed for another four years in the White House, according to the latest betting with BoyleSports.

Recent polling results have Biden ahead of Trump by a range of 3 to 9 points following a survey published by Monmouth University, but punters are still backing Trump.

For the first time in five weeks, the odds on Donald Trump continuing for another four years as the President of the United States of America have shortened, meaning he is now 5/6 from 10/11 after punters got behind him.

Hillary Clinton went into the 2016 election with a commanding lead in the polls before Trump defied the odds to win the Presidency. Punters are starting to think the same thing will happen again with Joe Biden being eased from 11/10 out to 5/4.

Sarah Kinsella, spokesperson for BoyleSports said: “Despite a recent poll showing Biden ahead of Trump, the betting would suggest that Trump is still in favour more than ever. For the first time in five weeks Trump has shortened for another four years in the White House. He is now 5/6 from 10/11 while Biden has eased out to 5/4 from 11/10 with the allegations made about him starting to take effect.”
