Fort Bend County, Texas. Suburban Sugar Land Women (SSLW) & Phenomenal Partners hosted their 33rd empowering and engaging “College Send Off” for NINE full-time enrolled scholarship recipients. Recipients’ attendance is mandatory. All attendees submitted covid vaccination records and wore masks. This annual project was generously underwritten by Dr. Margaret Allen and Ms. Belinda Allen, sisters for the fourth consecutive year.

FIVE CONTINUING RECIPIENTS: Charra Bridges ( 2021,Hightower High, FBISD), Dillard University, sophomore; Forche Bridge ( 2018 Hightower High @ Fort Bend ISD), 2022 Baylor University graduate and 2022 graduate school student; Jaela Ketchum,(2018, Needville High School, Needville ISD), Galen School of Nursing, junior; Zaria Laddie,(2018 Hightower High) Sam Houston State University, senior, graduating in December, 2022; and Myah Williams,(2019 Dulles High, FBISD) Howard University, senior, graduating May, 2023.
