Christmas came early today for hundreds of Houston families thanks to Jimmy Phan, better known as Celebrity Designer Jimmy The Jeweler!

Jimmy handed out $10,000 worth of toys, bikes, gifts and gift cards to hundreds of Houston Area families at his 8th Annual Iced Out Christmas Giveaway, held from 1pm-4pm today, at Kennedy Elementary School (10200 Huntington Pl Dr.) in Houston!

The event welcomed all families, no questions asked, to celebrate Christmas with a FREE day of Holiday fun that included toys and gifts for children of every age, bike giveaways, gift cards for entire families, music, photos with Santa and other holiday characters, kid’s activities and 40,000 lbs. of Real Snow for snowball fights, snow angels, and a snow slide for sledding!

“This is what Christmas is all about,” said Jimmy. “I’ve been blessed in so many ways, the biggest of which is my family, and we believe you have to share your blessings with anyone who might need a little help, especially at Christmastime. Thanks to my family, the Done Right team, all the volunteers, and our generous Houston business partners, we were able to bring Christmas a little early to so many families in the community today.”

Jimmy has been giving back to the Greater Houston community with an Annual Christmas Giveaway for the past seven years. His Iced Out Giveaways have helped brighten the holidays for thousands Houston children and families each year with gifts including Toys, TV’s, Cameras, Basketball Hoops, Bicycles, and gift cards to help families with groceries, gas and other needs at Christmastime!

Honored last year with a Houston Humanitarian Award, the generous jeweler has a wonderful habit of quietly stepping up to help Houstonians whenever he can. Last year, he donated $5,000 worth of toys to the Dollie Rose Toy Drive to replace donated toys that were stolen, and $5,000 worth of toys to Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee’s Annual Toys for Kids giveaway!
