This weekend, Mardi Gras Festivities is happening in San Antonio from February 26-27! Right from the convenience of your room at Omni La Mansion Del Rio and Mokara Hotel & Spa, you can experience firsthand the iconic River Walk transforming into a floating Mardi Gras celebration.

Omni La Mansion has been providing the finest in memorable service here on the Paseo Del River (River Walk) for over fifty years in the heart of the festival, and there is no better place to celebrate tradition than right on the river walk.

River Parade Festivities:

· 4-6 pm Saturday only (2 ½ mile downtown area of the River Walk) 5 Staged floats on River Walk with a costumed person for selfies

· Friday and Saturday 6-8 pm A procession of decorated river floats transform the River Walk into a floating Mardi Gras celebration.

Mardi Gras is free admission for the festivities, the celebrations consist of Live Music from the Arneson river Theatre, Entertainment, a variety of food vendors, and Krewes of costumed revelers. The public is encouraged to come dressed in masks, costumes, and beads.
